Return Policy:

We understand that there may be situations where you need to make a return, and we are here to help.

We accept returns of new and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free return experience, so it is essential that the products are in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags, dust bag, original packaging, tissue paper, and original accessories included. If for any reason, this is not possible, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.

Please note that personalized products and those sold at a discount are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, the return shipping costs and customs and tax fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been shipped and within 24 hours of placing the order. After that period, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order.

At OLEA BAGS, we commit to issuing your refund within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and the minimum shipping costs are €20 for international shipments and €10 for national shipments.

To request a return, simply follow the simple steps below:

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
